Shipping Policy
Shipping & packaging fees at checkout are based on the standard USPS rate for the shipping location and product weight. We offer FREE shipping on all purchases of $35 or more for domestic orders. As most items are handmade to order or made in small batches, please allow 1-3 business days for order fulfillment and 1-2 weeks for completed shipping. For custom orders please allow up to 5 business days for fulfillment. If you need an order expedited, please contact us at info@earthenwear.com and we will try our best to accommodate your time request. All domestic orders are shipped via USPS Priority Mail with tracking.
RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
Return & Exchange Policy
Earthenwear sales are final. We do not accept returns or offer refunds. We may offer exchanges under limited circumstances. If an item is damaged as a result of quality or craftsmanship, customers must e-mail their concern within 14 days of receiving items for an exchange. Items mailed back for exchange must be unworn, undamaged, and in their original packaging. Earthenwear reserves the right to refuse any exchange where the product returned is not in its original condition. The customer is responsible for all shipping charges.
